Here at Soccer Shots, our goal is to positively impact children's lives and be every child's favorite day. We accomplish this goal by using our engaging children's soccer curriculum (ages 18mo - 8yrs) with a focus on character development. Though we continue to grow, we are still a family business at heart. We treat our employees like a team and the children we coach like our own. We train our coaches in leadership development, communication skills, early childhood education, and sports management. We provide high-quality, foundational soccer training that prepares children for a lifetime of soccer.

The job is to bring "Soccer Island" alive with your enthusiasm and creativity. Conduct soccer sessions for children 18 months to 8 years old, including field set-up and take-down. Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling. Utilize expert-created Soccer Shots' curriculum and early childhood development teaching techniques in every session. Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants. Follow all on-site safety and attendance protocols. Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers.

What we offer includes a paid comprehensive training program to learn Soccer Shots' curriculum, developmentally appropriate coaching techniques, and best practices. Opportunities to take on full-time roles or internships in program coordination, coach management, marketing, partnerships, and more. Requirements include being at least 18 years of age, reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License, passing our background check, valid work visa or authorization to work in the US, coaching or childhood education experience preferred, and availability for Mon through Friday time slots 9am-12pm | 3-6:30pm AND Saturday mornings from 8:45am - 12:00pm (6 blocks minimum).

A day in the life includes safely managing a class of up to 12 children, implementing our curriculum which focuses on skill and character development, arriving on-time to your locations and providing a positive customer experience to faculty and families, maintaining equipment and managing your class rosters, and going home knowing you made a difference.

Hours are Monday through Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM Saturdays: 8:45 AM - 12:00 PM.

We train the best coaches in the business by putting every Soccer Shots coach through our comprehensive training program to receive certification that includes learning the use of developmentally appropriate coaching techniques. Our coaches are routinely evaluated and undergo ongoing training. Our coach selection process evaluates not only the ability to coach soccer, but, more importantly, the ability to engage and inspire children.

Our families experience exceptional customer service and ongoing communication with members of the Soccer Shots team who must be excellent communicators with children, with parents, with partners and with each other! Our team understands the importance of timely, responsive communication.

We use expert-approved curriculum that aligns with early childhood education standards. Our developmentally appropriate curriculum places an emphasis on character development and skill building. Our program is created under the guidance of childhood education specialists, professional soccer players and experienced and licensed soccer coaches. We constantly re-evaluate and update our curriculum to stay current with childhood education standards.
