Pay Range: $12-$18 per hour (includes base pay + personal commissions)

- Support visual merchandising guidelines and maintain the store's overall appearance.
- Deliver world-class customer service and utilize proper communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Foster productive relationships with team members and management; effectively communicate with all associates.
- Participate in training programs to enhance team skills.
- Results-Oriented: Meet and exceed sales goals; manage profitability through personal and team efforts.
- Protect company assets through accurate inventory and cash management.
- Adaptability: Embrace change and make informed decisions quickly; exhibit a sense of urgency.
- Identify market trends by analyzing competitors and utilizing available resources.
- Report HR issues promptly to your manager.
Requirements:
- Retail sales experience is preferred.
- A desire to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work various retail hours.
Physical Demands: This role involves constant movement, including talking, reaching, stooping, standing for extended periods, walking, and safely climbing ladders. Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs is required.
