Your Role:
If you enjoy connecting with customers and delivering exceptional service, this role is for you! Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers in a friendly manner and understanding their needs.
- Promoting the DSW Loyalty program and enrolling new members.
- Assisting customers with product inquiries and processing transactions.
Creating a Positive In-Store Experience:
- Maintain a clean and organized shopping environment for all customers.
- Handle inventory tasks, including receiving freight and stocking merchandise according to DSW standards.
Utilizing Technology:
- Efficiently assist customers with in-store and digital services.
- Fulfill orders by locating, inspecting, and prepping merchandise for pickup or delivery.
Customer First Approach:
- Follow DSW’s policies while processing transactions and managing cash accurately.
- Address customer concerns professionally and partner with the CEL as needed.
Bring Energy and Fun:
- Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions.
- Stay open to feedback and demonstrate a team-oriented spirit.

- Flexibility to meet business needs.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on customer service.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in technology to assist customers.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
