Your Responsibilities:

Deliver physical therapy interventions under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist, adhering to state regulations
Identify suitable patients for therapy and coordinate evaluations and referrals with the PT
Collaborate with team members to optimize patient outcomes
Maintain documentation to comply with all regulatory standards
Ensure all physician orders are obtained and current

Qualifications:

Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in your state
Excellent communication and organizational skills
