Your Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat patients facing functional, cognitive, and ADL challenges.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Work collaboratively with a team to achieve quality outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations.
- Ensure all necessary physician orders are current and complete.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an accredited program.
- Certification from the NBCOT as an OTR, if required by your state.
- Active Occupational Therapist license in your state of practice.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
