Shift: 12 Hours - Night Shifts

Job Schedule: Part time

Weekly Hours: 24.00

Salary Range: $26.00 - $36.00

Pay Info: $5,000 Sign On Bonus Available, Relocation Reimbursement Available

Department Details

Shifts run from 6:00 pm to 6:30 am, every third weekend and every other holiday.

Job Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides essential nursing care to residents of various ages within long-term care settings under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. You will utilize your knowledge of nursing practices and demonstrate your competency in providing care that aligns with our residents' clinical requirements.

Your role will include:

• Ensuring the health, comfort, and safety of residents.
• Administering medications or treatments as prescribed.
• Documenting resident care activities and outcomes efficiently.
• Collaborating effectively within an interdisciplinary care team.
• Communicating clearly while respecting confidentiality.
• Counseling residents and their families on care plans as directed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse (Associate degree preferred).
• Must hold an unencumbered LPN license in North Dakota or possess multistate licensure.
• Must have completed a pre-licensure nursing program with clinical experience or a minimum of 400 hours of experience as an LPN.
• Completion of a Board-approved IV therapy course if required.
• Maintain competencies and certifications annually as required by the department.
