Job Summary:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will deliver professional nursing care to residents of all ages in a long-term care setting, under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. You will apply nursing principles and knowledge to address the physical and psychosocial needs of residents.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring resident health, comfort, and safety.
• Administering medications as ordered and documenting care and outcomes.
• Working collaboratively with a team to support residents' needs.
• Consulting with residents and their families on care plans.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications:

You should possess:

• A degree from an accredited practical nursing program with a valid LPN license.
• Experience that may include at least 400 hours in a clinical setting.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
