We are seeking dedicated Event Emergency Medical Technicians (Event EMTs) to provide exemplary patient care and customer service at exciting special events in both fixed and temporary venues around Atlanta, Georgia. This is a part-time opportunity that allows you to make a difference in people's lives during significant occasions.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Aligning event activities with CrowdRx's goals and strategic plans.
• Providing on-site BLS-level care according to established medical guidelines and protocols.
• Responding calmly and professionally to emergency medical calls and public safety issues.
• Coordinating transport for patients needing advanced medical care.
• Effectively communicating with venue staff and local officials to relay critical information.
• Utilizing medical equipment and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Completing and submitting all required patient care and response documentation accurately.
• Maintaining issued uniforms and response gear, as well as personal protective equipment.
• Keeping current with NREMT and all necessary state certifications/licensing.
• Monitoring and maintaining first aid stations and medical gear to ensure supplies are up-to-date.
• Adhering to all policies, procedures, and report times consistently.
• Maintaining punctual attendance.
• Communicating public health and safety issues to internal management and venue personnel.

What You Need to Qualify:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Georgia State EMT or Paramedic credential.
• Relevant state certifications.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• 1+ years of experience as an EMS provider preferred.
• 911 experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Understanding of special event operations and customer service dynamics.
