Job Summary

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in providing professional nursing care to residents in an assisted living setting. Under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician, you will utilize your nursing knowledge and skills to ensure the health, comfort, and safety of our residents.

Responsibilities include:

• Assessing residents and administering medications or treatments as ordered.
• Documenting resident interactions and outcomes related to care.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team.
• Counseling residents and their families on prevention and treatment plans.
• Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications

You must have graduated from an accredited nursing program leading to licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Previous experience in long-term care or sub-acute care is preferred. Current licensure is required.
