Part-Time Customer Support Specialist - Healthcare

Join Our Team as a Customer Support Specialist in Healthcare!

Location: On-site in Chester, VA

Hourly Base Pay: $15.82/hr. plus a $1,000 new hire bonus and potential bonuses up to $2,200+!

Schedule: Flexible Part-Time schedules available.

Site Hours: Monday - Sunday, 8 a.m. - 10 p.m.; the targeted start date and hours will be discussed with the recruiter.

Night shifts are highly desirable! 10% shift differential for hours worked between 7 p.m. and 10 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service for routine inquiries via telephone, email, and chat.
• Utilize our computerized systems for tracking and troubleshooting.
• Maintain knowledge of client regulations and policies.
• Assist callers in completing online applications and submitting requests electronically.
• Document inquiries and responses accurately as per protocol.
• Report system issues to relevant teams for quick resolution.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent, with at least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to work as part of a team and maintain regular attendance.
• Must complete internal training certifications to start and continue role.
• Must be available for overtime and scheduled holidays as needed.
• On-site work is essential for collaboration and teamwork.
