Most of our clients live in Simsbury, Granby, Canton, Avon and surrounding towns.

What We're Looking For:

• A state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification would be preferred.
• Hoyer lift experience is a plus.
• A copy of a negative TB skin test or chest x-ray is required.
• Drivers license with insured and reliable automobile (preferred).
• Dementia/ Hospice including end-of-life experience is a plus.
• A minimum of one year of documented experience required.
• Pass a drug test and background check.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
• Provide assistance with personal care.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
• Handle meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
• Properly manage household needs.
• Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
• Provide transportation if needed to medical appointments, shopping or other activities.

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour.
