Trillium is seeking a Paralegal in Downtown Columbus!

This Temp-to-Hire role is seeking a Paralegal/Executive Assistant with hands-on experience in civil litigation and secured transactions in the corporate, banking, and real estate sectors. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with excellent communication, research, and drafting skills.

The Paralegal/Executive Assistant will collaborate closely with attorneys to meet clients and prepare legal documents.

This on-site opportunity will be converted to a permanent position, contingent upon your attendance and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Paralegal/Executive Assistant for three attorneys
• Managing attorney calendars
• Managing multiline phones and incoming messages for attorneys
• Collaborate with attorneys and meet with clients
• Draft complaints, answers, and perform discovery for each case

Schedule is Monday Friday / 8:00 AM 5:00 PM. Pay rate is $26.44 per hour $31.25 per hour DOE.

Outstanding verbal, phone, and written communication skills

Thrive in a fast-paced environment

Ability to multitask while working on multiple cases

Excellent research and drafting skills are a must

Bachelor's Degree

Paralegal Certification from an ABA program preferred
