Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking dedicated Packers to join their team. As a Packer, you will be an essential part of the warehouse operations supporting the shipping and receiving department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Packers

Location: West Chester, OH

Pay Range: $15 - $16 per hour + shift differential

Shift: Day and Afternoon Shifts:

1st shift M-F: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm;

2nd shift M-F: 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm

What's the Job?

• Operating pallet jacks and RF scanners to efficiently handle shipments

• Unloading, unpacking, and organizing incoming shipments

• Picking and packing products accurately for outgoing orders

• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

• Performing manual and electronic recordkeeping tasks

What's Needed?

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required

• Ability to work effectively within a team

• Ability to pass a background check

• Capability to lift between 30-50 pounds

• Strong attention to detail and reliability
