Package Processing Specialist

Starting Pay: $17.00/hr
+additional $0.75 shift premium for 2nd shift
Shift Details:
Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 11:30pm
Monday - Friday 6:00am - 3:00pm

About the Role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Package Processing Specialists. In this role, you will efficiently prepare, process, and move merchandise while ensuring safety and accuracy according to established guidelines. You'll have the opportunity to be cross-trained in different departments, supporting our dynamic operations.

What You Will Do:

• Receive and process merchandise, including picking, packing, preparing, and shipping orders as well as handling returns and loading/unloading trailers.

• Input data accurately for reporting purposes.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with vendors and associates to resolve issues.

• Promote a safe work environment by adhering to all safety rules and promptly reporting any potential hazards.

• Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and productivity.

• Maintain regular attendance and comply with the dress code requirements.

• Be flexible with work schedules and willing to work designated shifts and overtime as needed.

Pay Range: $17.50 - $28.00
