We are looking for dedicated Over the Road CDL-A Truck Drivers who will appreciate driving the best equipment and enjoy predictable home time. If you have at least 1 year of recent CDL-A OTR experience, we invite you to apply and see what we can offer!
Position Highlights:
- Home weekly & weekends off (48 hours) at .55 CPM
- Home weekly & weekdays off (48 hours) at .60 CPM
- Run 12 days on with 2 days off at .65 CPM
- Drive top-of-the-line Peterbilt trucks (Models 389 & 579), equipped with refrigerators and inverters; 87% are automatics
- Passenger program available from Day 1
- Comprehensive benefits package including vision, health, dental, and 401(k)
- Access to PrePass and Transflo
- No-touch freight, mostly drop and hook
- Per Diem available
- Earn vacation pay
- Operate 53' dry van carriers
- No freight to New York City
- No broker freight
- Support from our corporate office, which is staffed 24/7 to assist drivers
Terminal Amenities: Our terminals in GA, NC, VA, PA, OH, and TN provide:

Orientation: Enjoy a paid 2.5-day orientation in Roaring Spring, PA. Connect with your recruiter, driver manager, and leadership team. We handle your travel arrangements, provide a private hotel room, and offer meals during orientation.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 1 year of recent OTR experience
- Must have a safe place to park the truck with the trailer connected at home or be able to park at the nearest terminal and drive a personal vehicle home
