Outpatient Occupational Therapist Position

Shift: Days; 10 hours available

The Position

We are seeking an outpatient Occupational Therapist to join our continually growing therapy services department. Positions available with the ability to specialize in multiple areas including hands and pediatrics. Our hand therapists work collaboratively with a local hand surgeon and provide in-depth evaluations and follow-up visits in the outpatient therapy clinic. We will soon be expanding our hand therapy coverage into the UVA Orthopedic clinic in Culpeper. We are a department of UVA Health Culpeper Medical Center, a not-for-profit organization. Positions available with the ability to specialize in other areas.

Job Summary

Provides outpatient occupational therapy services to clients including evaluation, establishing plan of care, implementing treatment, directing, and educating patients and caregivers.

Requirements

-Education: BS degree or higher from an accredited OT program.

-Licensure: VA state therapy license or compact privilege.
