Operator/Laborer

Laborers/operators will be working on environmental remediation and restoration projects across Colorado.

Job Duties

• Operating mini excavators, skid steers, and loaders

• Removing concrete and excavating soil

• Loading materials into roll-off bins

• Supporting emergency response teams across the Denver Metro area

• Assisting with facility remediation and hazardous waste cleanup

• Decontaminating equipment and preparing waste for disposal

• Responding to environmental spills using specialized equipment like Vac trucks

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of construction experience

• Proficiency with skid steers and mini excavators

• Willingness to perform manual labor in outdoor conditions

• CDL B license or ability to obtain one

• High school diploma

Work Schedule & Travel

• Monday through Friday, starting each day at our Arvada shop

• Team-based travel to job sites

• Occasional short-term travel outside the area may be required

Pay

• $23-$28/hr

• Paid weekly

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
