Production Operator

Our client, a global manufacturer in the industrial and medical sector, is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the Manufacturing Team, supporting daily production operations. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing experience, basic English communication skills, and a willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.

Job Title: Production Operator Location: Canaan, CT Pay Range: $20/hour

What's the Job?

• Perform routine production tasks including filling, packing, labeling, and inspecting.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation per FDA, GMP, and ISO9000 standards.
• Support equipment changeovers and assist with basic troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and ensure product meets required specifications.
• Keep work area clean and follow standard safety and operational procedures.

What's Needed?

• Must speak, read, and write English fluently.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial environments required.
• Must pass a background check prior to start.
• Ability to follow SOPs, communicate effectively, and work flexible/rotating shifts.
