Job Description Summary

Location: Buford, Georgia

Start Date: May 18 or 26, 2026

Hours: Approximately 40 hours a week for a minimum of 10 weeks

As an Operations Intern, you will have the opportunity to support the organization in various ways, including:

• Partnering with site leaders to identify and implement enhanced processes
• Documenting and presenting solutions to leadership for improved efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Developing and maintaining performance and productivity metrics
• Collaborating with leaders across various functional teams including receiving, picking, shipping, and more
• Managing daily warehouse operations to streamline workflows and boost productivity
• Gaining exposure to processing orders, including quality control checks and preparing shipments
• Cross-training in multiple areas and engaging in special projects
• Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Designing workflows for operational effectiveness
• Creating reporting capabilities and data visualization tools
• Participating in Kaizen events

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Management, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field
• Expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2027
• Familiarity with supply chain principles and improvement techniques preferred
• Comfortable in a warehouse setting
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Engagement in extracurricular activities or professional associations
• Must possess unlimited work authorization in the United States without employer sponsorship

Anticipated hourly rate: $22.00 per hour
