Operations Assistant Leader

The Operations Assistant Leader (OAL) is a key player in driving the success of our restaurant, focusing on maximizing profitability, enhancing guest experiences, fostering team development, and managing daily operations. The OAL works closely with the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and effectively, overseeing a team of 20-45 Hourly Shift Coordinators and Team Members.

Key Requirements:

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in a quick-service restaurant, management experience is a plus
• Basic understanding of P&L interpretation and management
• Proven leadership abilities
• Strong grasp of guest service principles
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work long or irregular shifts as required

Responsibilities Include:

• Overseeing inventory management by conducting regular inspections and placing orders
• Maintaining a comprehensive list of restaurant assets
• Ensuring all preventative maintenance is performed in line with company standards
• Implementing cash control and security measures diligently
• Inspiring team members to deliver accurate, fast, and friendly service while maintaining a clean environment
• Providing constructive coaching and feedback to enhance team performance
• Guiding the team in the efficient preparation and delivery of products
• Upholding operational and brand standards at all times
• *Taking on the responsibilities of Hourly Shift Coordinator as needed
