The Operating Partner is responsible for leading a team of Family Members and managing the performance and operations of their restaurant(s). The partner leads key financial, staffing, and brand decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage profit and loss, oversee financial tasks such as cash reporting, labor, food expenses, repairs, and maintenance.
• Attract and retain talent through key hiring decisions, growth and development plans, and performance assessments.
• Work with Managers and the Market Leader to execute operational plans.
• Monitor restaurant performance and processes using reporting tools, customer metrics, and labor metrics.
• Maintain restaurant safety protocols and promote food safety policies, procedures, tools, and systems to create a safe work environment.
• Build relationships with customers and resolve complaints.
• Implement and adopt all change initiatives, including new products, systems, campaigns, and strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
