About Us: We are a renowned, state-of-the-art childcare - The Goddard School in Atlanta-Midtown, GA! We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial On-Site Operator to join our team and play a pivotal role in continuing the establishment of our school as the premier choice for families in the Atlanta-Midtown community. Position Summary: As the On-Site Operator you will be the driving force behind the ongoing operation of our preschool. You will be responsible for all aspects of a preschool, including hiring and training a talented Director, developing enrollment strategies, and building strong relationships with the community. You will also be the primary point of contact for parents and oversee the day-to-day operations of the school.
Responsibilities
- Organize and execute enrollments events and open houses to generate excitement and enroll new students and families.
- Develop and implement effective marketing and outreach strategies to build enrollment.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the preschool, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, providing regular communication and addressing any concerns.
- Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations, including licensing and accreditation requirements.
- Manage the school's budget and financial performance, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Facilitate ongoing professional development for the Director and staff, including attending GSL and Goddard provided training (paid by the school).
- Represent the preschool at community events and build strong partnerships with local organizations.
- Serve as a liaison between the school and the broader Atlanta-Midtown community.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for early childhood education.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of state and local regulations pertaining to childcare facilities.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Additional Information: For optimal preparation in fulfilling the duties listed above, training will be provided at an existing Goddard school to gain firsthand experience.
Compensation: $65,000.00 per year
