• Welcome all teammates and customers warmly, proactively engaging athletes to understand their needs.
• Ensure that all received merchandise is processed according to our established protocols.
• Maintain exemplary merchandising and presentation standards.
• Fulfill our customer experience objectives by completing omni fulfillment processes, including Ship From Store (SFS), Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS), and Curbside pickup.
• Support Loss Prevention measures related to Omni-Channel processes and assist in daily FedEx Box Count Audits.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and operational procedures diligently, ensuring confidentiality of all Company information.
• Contribute to an inclusive store environment where every individual feels welcomed, safe, and respected.
• Adopt a collaborative approach to support the team throughout the store.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer service is preferred.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift items weighing 15 to 35 lbs repeatedly.
• Willingness to stand or walk for extended periods (up to 4 hours) and work at heights exceeding 4 feet using ladders or platforms.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks for short durations (up to 2 hours continuously).

Targeted Pay Range: $16.50 - $24.50. Starting pay may vary based on location, experience, and the specific position offered. DICK'S Sporting Goods adheres to all state paid leave regulations.
