Job Summary:

As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will work under the supervision of an occupational therapist, delivering quality therapy services to inpatients and outpatients. You will implement treatment plans, utilize specialized modalities, and collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient care. Your role will encompass structured treatment, program implementation, documentation, and effective communication with the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver quality patient care through effective evaluations and treatment plans.
2. Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner.
3. Uphold professional standards and foster positive relationships with colleagues.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program preferred.
• Current Missouri license required or license eligible, with CPR certification.
