Your Role:
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations based on physician orders.
- Document evaluation findings accurately and timely, adhering to all guidelines.
- Develop detailed treatment plans, including both long and short-term goals, treatment frequency, duration, and modalities.
- Ensure that physician orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges.
- Deliver thorough treatment to patients using appropriate modalities and modify treatment as needed, respecting all precautions.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, or M.S. or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy recognized by the AOTA.
- Designated OTR by NBCOT as required by state regulations.
- Hold a valid license and/or registration as an Occupational Therapist in your state as applicable.
