Your Role:
- Conduct evaluations and provide treatment for patients facing functional, cognitive, and ADL challenges.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet patient needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
- Maintain meticulous documentation adhering to all regulatory standards.
- Ensure current physician orders are obtained and updated promptly.
Qualifications Needed:
- Earned degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program.
- Certification from the NBCOT as an OTR, where required by state law.
- Current Occupational Therapist license in your state of practice.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- New graduates are welcomed; mentorship is available!
