What You'll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations based on medical directives.
- Timely and accurately document evaluation findings in accordance with guidelines.
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans that include both short- and long-term objectives, treatment frequency, duration, and modalities.
- Ensure medical orders are secured for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges.
- Deliver holistic treatments to patients, utilizing various modalities and modifying care as necessary while following safety precautions.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited university with a B.S., MA, M.S., or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy recognized by the AOTA.
- Certification from the NBCOT as a designated OTR (if required by the state).
- Current licensure and/or registration as an Occupational Therapist in the applicable state.
