We are currently seeking a passionate OT to provide exceptional care in the Westchester County area, including Yonkers, White Plains, and Dobbs Ferry. Flexible schedules are available, including full-time, part-time, and PRN options.

• Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Review available resident information and evaluate its impact on the assessment and treatment process.
2. Conduct thorough functional assessments of residents using standardized procedures, and assess their home/vocational and equipment needs.
3. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to resident needs, incorporating achievable functional goals.
4. Adhere to evaluation, treatment, and documentation guidelines, ensuring timely and accurate maintenance of departmental records.
5. Document progress notes in the resident record after each treatment session.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
2. Current license/certification in the state of practice.
3. Preferred experience in a setting serving a similar resident population.
