Occupational Therapist - Homecare

$120 - $130 / per visit

What You'll Do:

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with physician orders

• Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals and adaptive equipment

• Monitor progress, adjust care plans, and document outcomes

• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and other support staff as required

• Participate in discharge planning and care conferences

What We're Looking For:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

• Certification through the American Occupational Therapy Certification Board preferred

• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred (home care or facility experience a plus)

• Current CPR certification and up-to-date PPD or chest x-ray

• Strong communication skills and computer proficiency

• Must be at least 18 years of age
