Your Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL (Activities of Daily Living) challenges
- Develop and implement tailored care plans for each patient
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal care outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with all regulatory guidelines
- Ensure physician orders are current and properly documented
Qualifications:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited institution
- Certification as an OTR through the NBCOT, if required by state
- Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice
- Strong communication and organizational skills are a must
