What You’ll Do:
- Assess and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments
- Develop and implement tailored care plans for each patient
- Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation to meet regulatory standards
- Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and kept current
Qualifications:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited institution
- Certification by the NBCOT as an OTR, as required by the state
- Current Occupational Therapist license in the practicing state
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
