StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Regular 8;On Call Pay Rate: $1746.00 - $1890.00

This facility is seeking an Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.  

Details & requirements for this opportunity:  

• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm | Night and weekend call
• Practice Setting: Outpatient
• Types of Cases: General obstetrics and gynecology cases
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner
• Certifications required: Basic life support (BLS)
• Active Indiana license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
