Get to Know Your Team:

Hillcrest Hospital Claremore is a 49-bed acute care medical center offering a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services, including maternity and women's services, ICU and cardiology services in the advanced cardiac catheterization lab.

Responsibilities

Supports the organization's mission, vision and values by exhibiting competence in demonstrating knowledge and skill to carry out nursing process.
In addition, performs the primary functions of a professional nursing leader in assessing, planning, directing, and evaluating patient care on a 24 hours basis.
Is responsible for meeting the regulatory agencies requirements and the Standards of Nursing Practice for the specific clinical area.
Manages all personnel, supplies, equipment on the unit and promotes teamwork with physicians, personnel, and other departments.
Utilizes knowledge of standards, policies, and procedures as outlined for the hospital.

Qualifications
Job Requirements:

Valid Multi State or Oklahoma RN license
Three years of experience in specific clinical area with one-year previous management experience in clinical specialty
BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care

Preferred Job Requirements:

Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN)
ACLS Certified
