Nurse Educator - Training and Development

Description

The Clinical Educator is responsible and accountable for assessing educational needs, planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs, conferences, and in-services. He/She assists with quality improvement activities and assessing the implementation of age and culturally appropriate care programs. He/She assists in staff development and team building activities. He/She mentors by role modeling professional practice behavior and providing educational support to all staff.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Montana Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• 3 years Experience in health care education.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Nursing or related field
• Certification in Nursing Staff Development upon hire.
