This position offers the opportunity to support fellow imaging technologists and ensure seamless patient flow. Flexibility to work varied shifts and at different campuses is essential. • Conduct examinations and procedures to optimize patient throughput within your credentials.
• Exhibit adaptability by working across shifts and campuses as needed.
• Ensure proper scanning and storage of completed exams in PACS.
• Serve as a PACS Superuser by following downtime procedures and coordinating with the PACS administrator as necessary.
• Troubleshoot and report equipment malfunctions to necessary personnel while ensuring timely follow-up.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Education/Skills

• Graduate from an accredited Radiology Technology program or equivalent.

Experience

• Preferred: At least 1 year in a clinical nuclear medicine environment.
• Basic computer skills required.

Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications

• Nuclear Medicine Technology certification (N) by ARRT or NMTCB required.
• State Licensure is necessary:
• Texas: MRT by TMB
• Louisiana: LRT (N) or (F) by LSRTBE
• New Mexico: NMT by MIRTP NMED
• BLS certification required.
