We are seeking a full-time advanced practice provider to join our team in southwest Michigan. Open to nurse practitioners and physician assistants willing to train new grads.

We are the area's only ENT team, which includes three otolaryngologists, three audiologists, and one advanced practice provider seeing patients in Niles and St. Joseph providing a full range of common ENT services to adult and pediatric patients. Excellent support staff.

Corewell Health in southwest Michigan is a teaching hospital, offering residencies in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, and Internal Medicine. Qualifications

• Required Master's Degree Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant educational program
• 1 year of relevant experience clinical experience as physician assistant Preferred
• LIC-Physician Assistant - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
• CRT-Physician Asst Certified (PA-C) - NCCPA National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants 180 Days required
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association Critical Care (CCU), Intensive Care (ICU), Emergency Department (ED), Cardiology, Trauma Care, Inpatient Rehab, Interventional Radiology, Anesthesia, Primary Care Dowagiac, Primary Care Hartford, Primary Care Coloma, Primary Care and Walk In Clinic Watervliet, SWMC Niles, ENT Niles and SWMC Stevensville Walk In Clinic. 90 Days required
• CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA American Heart Association Upon Hire preferred
• CRT-Pediatric Adv Life Support (PALS) - AHA American Heart Association Upon Hire preferred
