Nurse practitioner or physician assistant with interest in primary care
Outpatient only practice
Established patient base

Located at The Plaza in the Westlake area of Smith Mountain Lake
Onsite consultations and follow-up care through the following specialties: women's health, cardiology, cardiac electrophysiology, orthopedics, general surgery, and neurosurgery.
