Are you a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) looking to join an organization that shares your values and commitment to excellence?

Join our team at Integrity Home Health Care! As a valued nurse, you'll work one-on-one with patients in their homes and communities, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

This role focuses on routine skilled nursing visits (30-60 minutes) for medication setup and general health assessments. It's a chance to use your skills with purpose and make a lasting difference for patients and their families.

We are currently recruiting for an LPN or RN to reliably serve patients in the following areas:

• Jasper County MO + surrounding counties

• PPV ( pay per visit)

• Routine 30-60min in home visits

• Flexible scheduling -

• We are looking for someone Part Time with opportunity to grow case load over time.

• Approx. 10 weekly visits + 10 monthly visits

• Nurse to schedule visits accordingly within month.

• Potential to gain additional visits possible in the future.

• No Nights, No Weekends, No Holidays, No On-Call (unless so desired by Nurse/Client for visits)

• Use of a company car (pick up/drop off at the Joplin office) or option for mileage reimbursement in personal vehicle

Qualifications:

• Current MO/Compact RN or LPN license in good standing.

• 1yr of paid RN or LPN experience

• Current CPR certification

• Strong organizational and communication skills
