New Occupational Therapist Opening West Palm Beach Florida Area
Were seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join a collaborative rehab team in Palm Beach County. This is a full-time day shift position with rotating weekends at a large, modern hospital known for advanced care across multiple specialties.
What Youll Do:
- Evaluate patients and create individualized care plans to improve function and independence
- Deliver skilled therapy interventions in alignment with physician orders and patient goals
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on techniques, adaptive strategies, and ongoing care
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure the best outcomes and patient experience
What Were Looking For:
- Licensed/Registered Occupational Therapist (ROT)
- Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy
- BLS certification (within 30 days of hire)
- At least 1 year of experience preferred, new grads welcome!
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered mindset
