.NET Developer

One of Insight Global's top clients in the Utility industry is seeking to hire a Senior .NET Developer to join their Middleware Team, supporting critical systems across all areas of our utility business. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence in our downtown Houston office three days a week (Tuesday-Thursday), with remote work on Mondays and Fridays.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain robust middleware solutions using .NET/C#, Blazor, and Visual Studio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate middleware services across business units.
• Work within an Oracle database environment, writing efficient queries and optimizing performance.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment of high-quality software solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across middleware systems.
Based on knowledge and years of experience, this position offers an hourly pay rate of $60-$65/hr.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5-10 years of professional experience in .NET/C# development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Blazor and Visual Studio.
• Proficiency in working with Oracle databases, including SQL and PL/SQL.
• Solid understanding of middleware architecture and integration patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience in the utility industry.
• Familiarity with enterprise middleware platforms and service-oriented architecture.
