NCCCO Crane Operator

Description

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled NCCCO Crane Operators for projects located in and around Cleghorn, IA . This is a full time opportunity with a pay rate of $44-46/hour based on experience & skill level.  If you are a Crane Operator and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:

• Operate a Grove RT880 crane during wind turbine rotor take-down and maintenance
• Serve as tail crane operator during heavy lifts and large component swaps
• Support crew during active and standby maintenance shifts
• Participate in rigging, lifting, and positioning of turbine components
• Follow all site-specific and OSHA safety protocols
• Complete daily logs and crane inspections as required
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Drug Screen
• Grove RT880, NCCCO Certification
• Experience operating Grove RT880 or similar RT cranesWind turbine experience strongly preferredRotor take-down experience is a big plusMust be dependable, safety-driven, and flexible with standby work
