Join Our Team: MRI Technologist - Weekend Shift

Position Details:
- Department: MRI
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 depending on experience, paid in full on your first paycheck!
- Schedule: Full time, working Friday through Sunday (3-12 hour shifts)
- Pay Range: Starting at $30.91/hour, with the potential for daily pay!
- Shift Differentials: Weekend option earns an additional $7.50/hr plus an extra $2/hr for weekend shifts
- Work Location: SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital, 1201 Grand, St. Louis, MO
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform magnetic resonance imaging examinations with precision and care, ensuring high-quality images.
- Conduct comprehensive MR safety screenings for all patients, visitors, and staff prior to entry into MRI rooms.
- Adhere to hospital policies regarding infection control and safety standards.
- Engage with patients to explain procedures and provide emotional support as needed.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications:
- Completion of a Radiology program and ARRT-R credential. ARMRIT or ARRT-MR certification required within 12 months of hire.
- Previous MRI experience preferred, with a focus in a level 1 trauma facility being advantageous.
- Must have certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Ability to lift and move patients, and handle medical imaging equipment.
