Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation:
  • Hourly pay range: $32.08-$47.20 based on experience and qualifications.
  • Shift differentials: $2.50/hour (3 PM-11 PM), $4.50/hour (11 PM-7 AM), and $5.00/hour for weekend shifts.
• Generous Bonus Opportunity: Organizational Incentive Program (OIP) bonus up to 3% of base salary based on organizational performance.
• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications:

• Degree: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Certifications: ARRT certification required; candidate must be willing to obtain MRI certification within one year of hire.
• Licensure: Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Radiologic Technologist.
• Skillset: Proficiency in MRI imaging procedures, with a strong focus on safety and patient care.
