Pay: $40.40 - $56.56 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Join our team as an MRI Imaging Specialist!

As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will perform high-quality magnetic resonance imaging procedures while ensuring patient comfort and safety. Your contributions will support our mission to improve lives, as we value human connection and excellence in medical care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review patient history and physicians' orders while managing scheduling effectively.
• Educate patients about imaging procedures and ensure their understanding and cooperation.
• Prepare and administer contrast media and medication, monitoring patient conditions and responding to any changes.
• Prepare and maintain equipment, selecting appropriate imaging parameters while performing quality control checks.
• Position patients accurately and perform imaging procedures, ensuring high-quality results through analysis and troubleshooting when necessary.
• Exceed expectations by utilizing critical thinking skills to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Must be a graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• Registered Technologist (RT) with MRI registration or registry-eligible to complete within 12 months by ARRT or ARMRIT. State licensure if required.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, valid at the time of hiring.
