Job Summary
We are seeking a Monday.com CRM Administrator / SME to support and enhance our implementation of Monday.com, following a recent acquisition.
The acquired company has deeply integrated Monday.com into their operations, using it as both a CRM and project management tool.
This role will focus on optimizing and expanding the platform’s use across our organization to improve operational efficiency and return on investment.

We are seeking a Monday.com CRM Administrator / SME to support and enhance our implementation of Monday.com, following a recent acquisition.
The acquired company has deeply integrated Monday.com into their operations, using it as both a CRM and project management tool.
This role will focus on optimizing and expanding the platform’s use across our organization to improve operational efficiency and return on investment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and enhance the current Monday.com implementation, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Design and build new boards and workflows based on business requirements.
- Map out business processes and translate them into structured, process-enforcing Monday.com boards.
- Support teams in adopting and optimizing Monday.com within their operational stacks.
- Identify and implement cross-team integrations and automation opportunities.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of enhancements.
- Assist in the implementation of Monday.com Marketplace tools and workload automation features.
- Proven expertise in Monday.com administration, including board creation, workflow setup, and dashboard optimization.
- Experience in business process mapping (e.g., using tools like Visio).
- Demonstrated ability to translate requirements into effective solutions using Monday.com.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across multiple teams and departments.
- Experience with Monday.com in a CRM and project management context.
- Familiarity with engineered services or manufacturing operations.
- Experience supporting large user bases (e.g., 300+ users).
- Knowledge of Monday.com Marketplace integrations and automation features.
- Monday.com Certification (preferred but not required).
