Apex Systems has an immediate need for multiple Mobile Device Coordinators for a large Healthcare client of ours!

Title: Mobile Device Coordinator

Location: Nashville, TN 37206

Type: Long-term Contract

Pay: $30-35/hr

Schedule: M-F day hours onsite

The Mobile Device Coordinator accurately and timely provisions and ships devices to. Includes charging, stickering, and casing devices along with processing retrievals and shipping chargers.

Qualifications:

• Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting mobile devices and software.
• Previous fulfillment or shipping experience.
• Customer service focused and professional.
• Team player with proven ability to develop strong working relationships within a matrix organization.

Responsibilities:

• Provisions devices as needed per member.
• Fulfills orders for new devices, retrievals, chargers, etc.
• Utilizes FedEx system to monitor and track device delivery and updates in appropriate CareBridge systems accurately and timely.
• Assist with procurement of mobile devices and cases.
• Receiving, testing, and cleansing of inbound (returned) mobile devices.
• Knowledgeable about the Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) provider community within local markets, including the various services provided and how they interact with the CareBridge platform.
• Maintains excellent punctuality and attendance during work hours.
• Other duties as assigned.
