Required Skills & Qualifications:

ASCP or AMT Certification is mandatory
Minimum of 1 year laboratory experience
State licensing preferred
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have Skills:

Additional certifications or specialized training in laboratory techniques
Experience with various lab instruments and automation
Knowledge of LIS (Laboratory Information Systems)

Preferred Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree or certificate in Medical Laboratory Science is advantageous
At least one year of relevant work experience in a clinical laboratory setting

Other Requirements:

Flexibility to work night shifts weekends (Fri-Sun)
Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
