You will perform as a Mission IT Operator supporting a 24x7 government mission, providing direct support for detecting, isolating, and resolving ground segment problems, and serving as first responder for site issues. Knowledge of Windows and Linux systems across a global environment is required.

Shift Work: 12-hour shifts , ), Panama shift 4 on 4 off (Day/Night).

Responsibilities

• Resolve IT hardware and software infrastructure issues (servers, network, security, etc.)
• Analyze and troubleshoot system issues
• Ensure hardware, software, and system functionality
• Maintain security and system documentation
• Support infrastructure projects

Additional Role Details

• Maintain infrastructure at optimal levels for mission needs
• Monitor and evaluate system and network problems
• Manage privileged user access
• Interface with government and partner leadership
• Support after-action data collection and incident management

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
• Security+ certification and DODI -M IAT Level II certification
• AA degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work non-standard hours, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with UNIX, Linux, Windows, VMware, and enterprise management systems
