Lead the design efforts across multiple digital properties, ensuring a consistent and user-centered design approach.

Manage and evolve design systems to maintain brand consistency and enhance user experiences.

Collaborate with project managers, business strategists, UX researchers, and developers to drive projects forward efficiently.

Create intuitive and modern user interfaces that align with the client's business goals.

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve information architecture (IA) and visual design.

Provide leadership and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Stay updated on the latest web design trends and best practices to ensure high-quality, impactful user experiences.

Must Have Technologies:

• MicroStrategy: Proficiency in using MicroStrategy for data visualization and reporting.
• UX Design: Strong expertise in UX design principles and methodologies.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Atomic Design Principles: Experience with atomic design principles and managing enterprise-level design systems.
• User Research: Experience collaborating with UX/UI research teams to gather user data and improve designs.
• Frontend Development: Knowledge of frontend development is highly preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
