What are the top skills required for this role?
1. Experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations, tools to facilitate migrations (Quest Migration)
2. Advanced knowledge and expertise with Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 Groups and OneDrive
3. Good understanding of M365 permissions and the roles associated (Owners, Members, Visitors)
4. Proficient in executing Powershell scripts in M365 Admin, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange
Job Description/ Responsibilities
Microsoft M365 Administrator - L3 or L4. This resource should have advanced knowledge of the M365 Administration focused on SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, M365 Groups. This person will be using the Quest Migration SaaS to migrate M365 objects from Fortive to Ralliant.
The skillsets I need are self-driven and ready to jump in and assist where needed with both planned and unplanned events, especially troubleshooting. We have not been successful in the past getting qualified candidates for this type of work but want to give Client another chance to delight me with prospects.
